Crows feet can really sneak up on you, but here is a pretty cool exercise that works the muscle right under the eyes. Doing this once a day should be enough to hopefully give you some results. If you do it right, you can certainly feel it. Mine was actually a little sore.

What you do is put your index finger and middle finger on the corners of your eyes and look up and blink and hold it for a second 10 times. When you blink you will feel the muscle tightening up. Here is a link to a video if you need more guidance.

Avoid sleeping on your side or stomach. Sleep on your back to save your face from early wrinkling.

By the time I hit 30, I realized that sleeping on my back was going to save me from getting those deep wrinkles on my cheeks and also a bit between my eyes. How is this? Gravity combined with having your face squished in a crinkled up position for 7-10 hours a day.

Think about it. When you wake up, do you have sleep lines? If you are young, they go away. The older you get and the less elasticity that your skin has, those sleep lines can easily become permanent deep wrinkles. If you sleep on your side (like the image above) or even worse on your stomach, your face can really take a beating throughout the night. Not to mention all the oils that get soaked in to your pillow case. Do you really want that against your skin ALL NIGHT LONG? Ew! Not me.

It didn’t take much for me to train myself to sleep on my back. First off you have to start out that way. You can also places a couple pillows on your side to help keep you on your back. There are many different sleep aid pillows that are made for back sleeping. In many cases you can find these at your local spas. It’s not a new concept at all, but one that I believe in whole heartedly.
